Originally from Nebraska, Madelin Parsley now lives in New Haven, Connecticut. She holds a B.A. in English from Amherst College and an M.F.A. in fiction writing from Vanderbilt University. Her short stories have appeared in Ploughshares, Narrative Magazine, and elsewhere, and she's currently at work on her first novel.
